Open floor layouts that maximize the amount of natural light and views are a common feature in modern architecture. Within the scope of this undertaking, we got rid of excessive elements and embellishments typical of conventional design. Our design team simplified the lines and curves to achieve a clean and streamlined appearance. We also employed modern materials such as glass, steel, and concrete in combination with a color palette consisting of neutral tones to produce an enduring and up-to-date appearance. Traditional materials such as heavy drapes, carpets, and wallpaper were replaced with these modern elements.

Then, we included modern technology into the design, such as smart lighting and audio systems, and for the outdoor space, we created decks and a pool area to create a seamless connection between interior and outdoor life.

A villa’s interior and exterior finishing are crucial steps in the building process that contribute to the villa’s total aesthetic appeal and practicality.

In this project, we designed and implemented high-quality flooring, built and painted walls and ceilings, and included decorative panels. Custom cabinetry and millwork were designed to create unique and functional storage solutions. We also used recessed lighting to provide outstanding color and reflection inside the house.

The construction was initially an old, dilapidated villa, and the owner wanted it fully renovated with a modern style. With careful planning and attention to detail, we created a beautiful and functional home that met our client’s needs and reflected his personal style.

A spacious terrace was built and added to the construction, and tall windows replaced the old ones to provide a sense of panoramic view to the front garden. The villa was equipped with smart home technology, such as smart lighting and smart security.
